After accepting your commission you will be given a specific timeline based on my current list of clients.

Payments must be made within 48 hours after I send the Invoice/link.

When I start working I will send you a DM through Discord confirming your continued interest.

Then payment will be arranged and work begins after 2 days of payment being received.

I will send the final files through discord.

You will get an update every 2 weeks on the progression of your commission in the form of WIPS ( WIPS=WORK IN PROGRESS ).

However, feel free to ask for a work-in-progress (WIP) update at any point during the process.

Require a clear reference sheet.

I reserve the right to and may reject your application if it does not comply with the terms of service, or if I feel my style and specs will not suit the project.

The artist warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.

Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorized for use by the Client.

Payment 100% upfront is preferred if the client is able, but the client may also pay in phases you will not receive full files until fully paid. This only applies for artworks/models above the price of 1500+ usd.

Please provide a reasonable idea of a due date/ deadline for the artist .

Intricate or complicated designs and additional parts that are not outlined in the summary of parts will cost extra.

Anything requested that is not included in the summary of parts stated will cost extra, depending on the intricacy.

Additional outfits and hairstyles will cost extra.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own Artwork.

Using my art for AI purposes or similar applications is strictly prohibited. Uploading it to any AI platforms could potentially jeopardize the integrity of my artwork. However, as the Client, you have the permission to display my work on external sites, given that proper credit/commercial rights are visibly given and linked back to me.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment/or heavy discomfort.

I retain the right to showcase the completed commissioned artwork in my gallery/media for any purpose.

Each time I share a work-in-progress (WIP) with a client, I request their feedback and input. The client must understand and respect that my artistic style remains unaltered.

The types of art I avoid creating include:

Furry, heavy mecha, elderly, fetish art, hateful art, or any content that evokes discomfort. If you're uncertain about a specific theme, feel free to consult me!!

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL INVOICE/ Ko-Fi

For security purposes, I will be the one to initiate the transaction to avoid any unintended payments. Kindly wait for my confirmation that I can accept your commission and specifically request payment before proceeding.

Failure to make payment within 48 hours after I send the Invoice will result in the cancellation of the commission. Continued instances of commissioning projects without completing payment will lead to being blacklisted.

If you desire your request to remain confidential(confidential=NDA), kindly specify it while placing your order. By requesting privacy(privacy=NDA), you are indicating that I must refrain from sharing any work-in-progress (WIP) on social media and abstain from streaming the commission process on any platform.

The NDA fee starts at 100usd - 500usd depending on how big the project is , the bigger the project the bigger the fee.

I only accept $USD via Paypal/Ko-Fi payment.

You are accountable for handling currency conversions.

I maintain full commercial rights to all commissioned illustrations unless commercial rights are acquired through a purchase.

The following scenarios are classified as commercial use: Reproduction and sale of the artwork, whether publicly or privately, any instance where you generate profits from platforms or mediums where my artwork is posted (YouTube, Twitch, personal website, business cards, etc.)

To obtain commercial rights you must pay a fee of 30%-80% to the price that I quoted you.

For rush orders, a minimum of +20%-80% of the commission fee will apply. The specific fee may vary depending on the project's complexity and the timeframe provided.

During the drafting phase of the commission, I allow up to two significant revisions. Afterward, only minor adjustments within reason can be accommodated

Modifications to the character or subject will incur an additional fee, which will vary based on the extent and complexity of the requested changes.

If client requests a refund before work has started, the client will be completely entitled to have 80% of payment refunded.

If I cancel the commission from my end before work has started, the client will be completely entitled to have 90% of payment refunded.

If client requests a refund after work has started, the client will get a percentage of a refund based on how much work has been started already of up to 60%.

If I cancel the commission from my end after work has started, the client will be completely entitled to have 80% of payment refunded.

Please be aware that chargebacks are strictly prohibited(unless I give the ok to a chargeback) under any circumstances. In case of any unforeseen malfunction or unauthorized refund request from your PayPal/Ko-fi account, it is essential to contact me promptly to address the matter. Intentionally initiating a chargeback without prior communication to cancel or refund a project will lead to immediate blacklisting, not only for you but also for your associated email address and any other PayPal/Ko-Fi accounts used.
